The National Weather Service has issued a Blizzard Watch for Southern Connecticut, from late Monday evening (3/13/17) through Tuesday evening (3/14/17). A combination of strong winds, heavy snow and low visibility is expected to create dangerous to impossible travel conditions. Also, wind may be strong enough to bring down trees and power lines.
GBT will be monitoring the approaching storm and will be assessing road conditions very early Tuesday morning. It’s possible that service will be suspended during the storm if road conditions make it dangerous for people and buses to travel.
