Online Surveys

As part of our continuing effort to engage with our community, GBT utilizes a series of online surveys that are available in the Feedback section of our website - http://gogbt.com/index.php?page=feedback

 

 

Phone

Customer Service vis phone is available as follows:

Please Call (203)-333-3031 (203-330-0668 TTY/TDD) 
Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 6:00 pm 
Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

 

 

In-Person at Terminal

Customer service representatives are at the information window in the Bridgeport Bus Station, 710 Water Street, Bridgeport between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. Weekdays and 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturdays.

Aug 17, 2018

Due to the Oyster Fest in downtown Milford, the CL buses will be rerouted as follows between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM: bus stays on the Post Rd between the Stop & Shop at Bridgeport Ave, then resumes the regular route at the Cumberland Farms on the corner of the Post Rd and Cherry St. Return trip stays on the Post Road, bypassing Cherry St.
