Route 6 Detour
The following streets will not be served: Platt St, Chopsey Hill Rd, and Trumbull Ave between Chopsey Hill Rd and Reservoir Ave.
Outbound from Bus Station to Trumbull Mall:
- Bus travels regular route until Sylvan Ave and Soundview Ave
- Left on Soundview Ave
- Right on Reservoir Ave
- Bus resumes regular route.
Inbound from Trumbull Mall to Bus Station:
- Bus travels regular route until Reservoir Ave and Trumbull Ave
- Bus stays on Reservoir Ave until Soundview Ave
- Left on Soundview Ave
- Right on Sylvan Ave
- Bus resumes regular route
Route 13 Detour
The following streets will not be served: Palisades Ave, Bond St, and Steward St.
Outbound from Bus Station to Success Park:
- Bus travels regular route until Central Ave and Boston Ave.
- Right on Boston Ave instead of a left.
- Left on Success Ave
- Left on Granfield
- Right on Pearl Harbor to Success Ave
- Right on Boston Ave
- Left on Central Ave
- Bus resumes regular route
Inbound from Success Park to Bus Station:
- From Pearl Harbor at Success Ave, bus takes a right on Boston Ave
- Left on Central Ave

12/26/25, 2:58PM ALERT 1 – Heavy Snow Expected Today
From the National Weather Service:
WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 1 PM EST SATURDAY…
- WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 9 inches.
- WHERE…Portions of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey, and southeast New York.
- WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Saturday.
- IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
Do not travel if you do not need to. Riders should expect bus delays and service disruption. Check back regularly for service updates. Stay warm, stay safe!

A few safety tips during severe weather:
- Check for updates on services before you leave
- Leave yourself some additional time while traveling
- Watch your step traveling to and from bus stops and while boarding the bus and always use sidewalks and cross walks
