Heavy Snow Expected on Monday & Tuesday

Heavy snow is expected in the Greater Bridgeport region starting on Sunday, January 25 and continuing through Monday, January 26. Travel could be very difficult during this time with hazardous conditions.

Do not travel if you do not need to. Riders should expect bus delays and service disruption. Check back at gogbt.com regularly for service updates. Stay warm, stay safe!

Severe weather can cause delays and disruption to bus service. The times listed on the GBT schedules are approximate and are subject to change from weather or other conditions. Please keep this in mind when planning your trip.

A few safety tips during severe weather:

  • Check for updates on services before you leave
  • Leave yourself some additional time while traveling
  • Watch your step traveling to and from bus stops and while boarding the bus and always use sidewalks and cross walks
